Emmanuelle Martinot, technical advisor for e-business, One NorthEast
Emmanuelle's focus is innovation in IT for the public sector. She coordinates a European e-government project called R4eGov, working with partners across Europe to develop IT solutions that allow public agencies - wherever they may be - to exchange and share data effectively and securely. She also works for One NorthEast on the successful YouTrade project, promoting e-entrepreneurship across the region.
Pascal Fintoni, Head of e-business, The North East Regional Portal (TNERP)
With over 15 years experience in marketing communications, Pascal is a passionate e-business champion with an extensive portfolio and proven track record. Responsible for the continuing development and marketing of the region's online gateway n-e-life.com, Pascal is also the driving force behind many of the Regional Portal's range of products and services, and is a regular speaker at regional, national and international e-business events.
