How did the project start?

Following a clear brief to update the cloud 9 website and to create a sticky site which would help Paula increase awareness of her business we developed a fresh website with quirky navigation and a viral game.

What options did you consider?

We developed the brand image to demonstrate the friendly (and fun) side of Cloud 9's personality. We looked at full flash sites and full HTML sites but decided a mid-way flash and HTML would allow us to create a great site which was accessible and fun.

What help and expertise did you receive?

We had to learn more about Paula and her business to ensure we delivered a site that worked for her and helped to attract new clients for her.

Did you face any challenges or learn any lessons?

Creating a viral game is always a learning experience. Otherwise you're just not trying hard enough!

What are the outcomes and how has it improved your business?

The viral game is a 'Race to Could Nine' where we used a quirky illustrative style and simple game play to create something that is fun, challenging and hugely memorable with a great deal of 'stickyness' that has kept users and clients returning to the site.

What are your plans for the future?

To update the site for Paula regularly ensuring that the site remains fresh and dynamic, just like her business.
